follows:
1. America
News:
The former Minneapolis Police officer who pressed his knee
into George Floyd's neck was charged on Wednesday with a new, more serious
count of second-degree murder, and the three other officers on scene during his
killing were charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
Coronavirus cases continued to spread in parts of the
American south and west in the past week as experts warn that packed protests
could exacerbate the pandemic.
The early parts of the American coronavirus outbreak struck
hardest in the dense metropolitan areas on the coasts, such as New
York , New Jersey , Boston ,
and California . But the last few
weeks have seen wider spread in inland states, including Arkansas ,
Texas and Arizona .
The nationwide protests following the death of a black man,
George Floyd, at the hands of white police officers has once again shone a
spotlight on the long-standing racial divide in the US .
This, along with the coronavirus pandemic that has
disproportionately killed black Americans, has drawn renewed attention to the
persistent inequities in wealth, health and opportunity between blacks and
whites despite economic prosperity of recent years.
Former President George W. Bush released a statement calling
for the country to unify after the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis
police and the protests that have erupted across the country in the following
week.
Churches in 6 US
states were damaged by riots. Churches in California ,
Minnesota , New
York , Kentucky , Texas
and Colorado have been attacked.
2. Update the situation of Covid 19 in the world:
According to the statistics of worldometers.info, updated
until 6 am June 3 (Asia
time), the total number of Covid 19 infections globally was 6,470,850 cases, of
which 381,639 were killed.
Disease outbreaks have occurred and spread in 213 countries
and territories. Countries also recorded 2,985,720 patients cured, the number
of critical cases decreased to 54,474 and 3,103,491 active treatment. The
"cool down" epidemic continues in most countries around the world,
both in terms of new deaths and positive for Covid 19.
In the past 24 hours, two countries in the world recorded
the number of deaths still above 1,000 cases: the US (1,101 cases) and Brazil
(1,197 cases). Britain
saw a return of 324 deaths; while in India
and Mexico , the
number of deaths is still high, at over 200 per day.
3. German News:
The number of patients with COVID-19 who have been actively
treated in the past weeks in Germany
has dropped sharply. According to German authorities, as of June 2, only 689

German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas on June 2 announced that
the German Government would lift its warning to travel with European countries
as many European countries continue to relax the social distance imposed in

Speaking at a news conference, Foreign Minister Maas stated:
"We are preparing a decision to make a vote in the Cabinet on June
3". Under the plan, Germany
will lift its travel warning and start June 15 to resume travel in at least 31
European countries. Earlier, in March 2020, the German Government issued an
official warning for travel in Europe , which will take
effect until June 14.
3. Philippines
News:
On June 2, Philippine Foreign Minister Teodoro Locsin said
that the country had postponed its decision to end the 20-year-old Visiting
Forces Agreement (VFA) with the United States .
The US Embassy in Manila
welcomed the postponement decision: “Our long-time allies have acted in a
mutually beneficial way and both the United
States looks forward to continuing the
long-term security cooperation relationship with the Philippines.
”.
4. Russian news:
In Russia ,
in the past 24 hours, Russia
recorded 8,863 cases positive for covid virus 19 and 182 deaths, thereby
bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases and deaths in the country to
423,741 and 5,037 cases.
Trade centers and parks in the Russian capital Moscow were
reopened on June 1 when the city eased restrictive measures to curb the spread
of Covid 19, despite the number of cases in Russia is still ranked 3rd in the
world.
On June 2, President Vladimir Putin approved a plan to
revive the economy submitted by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. According to
the announcement, the plan's cost is up to 5,000 billion rubles ($ 72.75
billion), and the main goal is to support the people and businesses most
affected by the covid pandemic 19.
5. Italian News:
The Italian Civil Protection Agency has published a series
of positive figures related to the fight against pandemic acute respiratory
tract infection COVID-19. In the past 24 hours, Italy
has recorded only 318 new infections, bringing the total number of Covid 19
cases in the country to 233,515.
This is the lowest number of new infections in the day since
February 26. The number of deaths increased by 55 to a total of 33,530. This is

In France ,
in the past 24 hours, the country has not recorded any more positive cases and

8. British News:
In the United Kingdom ,
Health Secretary Matt Hancock said that as of June 2, "fog country"
recorded a total of 276,332 cases of Covid -19 and 39,045 deaths. In the past
24 hours, the UK
recorded 324 deaths from pandemic and 1,653 positive cases, bringing the total
number of sick and died people in the country to 277,985 and 39,369 cases
respectively.

09. Iran
News:

123,077 cases have recovered and 2,565 people are still in critical condition.

10. African News:
According to CDC Africa, the number of deaths due to Covid
19 in the continent increased by 116 to 4,344. Meanwhile, Africa
recorded about 63,661 patients who were cured and discharged.
To date, the disease has spread to 54 countries of the
"black continent".
Data from CDC Africa also shows that countries affected by
Covid19 include South Africa ,
Egypt , Nigeria ,
Algeria , Ghana
and Morocco .
The North African region is the most heavily affected continent in terms of
both deaths and cases. West Africa is the second most
affected area, followed by southern Africa . Meanwhile,
East and Central Africa are the areas most affected by
the Covid epidemic.
