News:

The United States
is still vibrant with a series of hot news as the number of unemployed is still
rising with nearly 3 million Americans who filed for unemployment benefits last
week. ominous, but the need and action that will open the doors of states in
the U.S. goes
on despite everything. It is expected that at least 48 states will be partially
reopened by early next week.

Dr. Leana Wen, an ER physician and former Baltimore
city health commissioner, says there’s no way to eliminate the virus at this
point.

children in New York City , the
mayor said.
With nearly 3 million more Americans filed for first-time
unemployment benefits last week, bringing the total of initial claims to 36.5
million since mid-March. Stocks have not been reacting much to labor market
news over the past weeks, as much of the negative headlines have been priced
in.
Here's how the markets opened:
The Dow opened 1%, or 235 points lower, putting the index on
track for a fourth down-day.
The S&P 500 fell 1%.
The Nasdaq Composite slipped 0.8%.
Appearing before lawmakers on Tuesday 12 May, Mr. Fauci
warned that if students return to school in the fall, there is likely to be no
vaccine for them. Instead, Mr. Fauci suggested that schools reopen cautiously,
adding that in some places, schools should be closed in the fall.
"Even at the fastest pace today, we don't see a vaccine
that can be used for children to return to school this term," Dr. Fauci
said.
Because of this uncertainty, the California
State University
system has announced that it will switch its fall 2020 classes to online
learning.
2. Spanish news:
The study, conducted by the Carlos III Health Institute,
began on April 27. The institute tests about 60,000 people to find antibodies
against the corona virus.
The results showed that about 5% of the Spanish population
was infected with corona virus, about 10 times the number of diagnosed cases.
The results also showed that 2.3 million of the 45 million
Spanish people were affected by the virus, with many asymptomatic cases,
significantly higher than the official figure of less than 230,000.
Total deaths from COVID-19 increased to 27,104 on May 13,
while the number of diagnoses increased to 228,691 from 228,030 the day before.
3. Germany
News:
The number of infections in Germany
dropped for the fourth day in a row.
The Robert Koch Institute recorded an increase of 2,082
cases in Germany
on April 14, marking the fourth consecutive day the number of new cases
decreases in the country. In addition, Germany
also has an additional 170 patients who died of COVID-19.
To date, Germany
has recorded 125,098 infections and 2,969 deaths.
4. Chinese news:
The number of new infections in China
has decreased.
Chinese authorities are beginning to tighten the border with
Russia , after
discovering dozens of new cases in Heilongjiang
Province bordering Russia .

drug company Moderna announced it had begun testing human vaccines developed
with the National Institutes of Health.
5. News of France .
French President Emmanuel Macron on April 13 announced that
nationwide blockade measures scheduled to expire on April 14 will be extended
until May 11.
Schools and shops will gradually reopen on May 11, Mr.
Macron said. But restaurants, hotels, cafes and cinemas will have to close
longer, while people from non-European countries will continue to be denied
entry until further notice.
According to Mr. Macron, after 11 May the government will
conduct testing of all people with symptoms of coronavirus infection in
parallel with the distribution of masks for all people.
6. Greek News:
Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on April 13 praised
the country's anti-Covid 19 efforts, but warned not to be complacent. Reuters
news agency quoted Mitsotakis as saying that Greece

News:

On May 14, Russia

9. Indonesia
News:
The number of infections in Indonesia
exceeds 16,000.
Health ministry official Achmad Yurianto said Indonesia
recorded 568 new infections on May 14, bringing the total to 16,006.
The number of deaths also increased by 15, bringing the
total to 1,043. In contrast, 3,518 people have recovered.
Yurianto also said that more than 33,600 people suspected of
acute respiratory disease without any clinical explanation other than Covid 19.
One month after Indonesian President Joko Widodo announced an increase in

News:
Treasury Secretary Grant Robertson has just announced a New
