The following is the remarkable news most on April 11 as follows:

1. US News:

On Friday the United States recorded at least 2,074 deaths. Experts say it is the highest number. It is the largest increase in coronavirus deaths in the United States.

According to Dr. Chris Murray, the director of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington there could be about 61,500 Americans will lose their lives due to the virus in August and that is if the country keeps the social gap measures in place until the end of May.

Since January, novel coronavirus has spread to nearly every state and territory of US.

The total number of infected people in the US has been: 501,615.

Number of deaths: 18,777.

New York has become the epicenter of the country’s outbreak with 174,489 confirmed cases and 7,887 deaths so far. When adjusted for population, that translates to roughly 897 known cases and 41 deaths for every 100,000 residents.

2. News from Singapore:

Singapore's Ministry of Environment and Water Resources on April 11 said that on April 10 alone, Singapore issued 2,900 warnings and 40 penalties involving individuals who violated social dislocation measures to prevent Covid 19's spread in this country.

As of the morning of April 11, Singapore has recorded 2,108 new cases of corona virus infection and 7 deaths. The number of Singaporean cases increased from more than 100 to more than 1,000 in just one month and forced the government to enforce strict social separation measures.

3. News from Spain:

The number of daily deaths in Spain continued to decline for the third day in a row on April 11 with 510 cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 16,353 cases compared to 15,843 deaths of April 10. This is also the lowest number of deaths on the day recorded since March 23.

The total number of Covid 19 cases nationwide as of April 11 was 161,852, according to Reuters.

4. News from the UK:

The UK Ministry of Health on 11 April said the country had not yet reached the peak of the Covid 19 epidemic to allow easing of travel restrictions. The number of deaths in UK hospitals has nearly reached the 9,000 mark, with 980 deaths on April 10.

British ministers have said that the country needs to go through an epidemic peak before it can change its current measures.

Three weeks ago, Britain ordered a nationwide blockade to prevent the spread of the new strain of corona virus. The UK government is currently under pressure to know when specific measures will be taken to limit this spread.

5. News from Iran:

Iranian Ministry of Health spokesman Kianoush Jahanpur told state television that the number of Iranian Covid 19 cases had exceeded 70,000, of which 3,987 were in critical condition. The number of deaths in the past 24 hours has also increased by 125, to a total of 4,357 people.

Bộ Y tế Anh ngày 11 tháng 4 cho biết nước này vẫn chưa đạt đến đỉnh dịch Covid 19 để có thể cho phép nới lỏng các biện pháp giới hạn đi lại. Số người chết tại các bệnh viện ở Anh đã gần chạm mốc 9.000 người, với 980 ca tử vong trong ngày 10 tháng 4.

Các bộ trưởng Anh từng nói rằng nước này cần phải qua đỉnh dịch trước khi có thể thay đổi các biện pháp hiện nay.

Tính đến sáng 11 tháng 4, Ấn Độ đã ghi nhận 7.598 ca nhiễm virus và 246 ca tử vong với thủ phủ New Delhi và trung tâm tài chính Mumbai là các điểm nóng mới nổi. 10. Nga ghi nhận 1.667 ca nhiễm mới.

Nga ghi nhận thêm 1.667 ca nhiễm mới trong ngày 11 tháng 4, nâng tổng số ca Covid19 ở nước này lên 13.584 ca. Số người qua đời vì virus corona chủng mới cũng tăng thêm 12 người, thành 106 ca tử vong, theo trung tâm phản ứng khủng hoảng virus corona của Nga.

11. Một số nước trên thế giới trong đó có Việt Nam đã dùng huyết tương của bệnh nhân Covid 19 đã hết bệnh để điều trị cho bệnh nhân Covid 19 biến chứng nặng.

Cụ thể ở mộ số nước như sau:

Ngày 9 tháng 4, Canada đã bắt đầu chương trình thử nghiệm lâm sàng về sử dụng huyết tương của bệnh nhân Covid 19 đã chữa khỏi để truyền cho bệnh nhân mắc bệnh nặng.

Tại Mỹ, Cơ quan Quản lý thực phẩm và dược phẩm Mỹ (FDA) đã cho phép thử nghiệm hai phương pháp điều trị bằng huyết tương và huyết thanh siêu miễn dịch.

Pháp đã bắt đầu thử nghiệm lâm sàng từ ngày 7 tháng 4 với huyết tương của 200 bệnh nhân Covid 19 đã khỏi ở ba vùng Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Grand-Est và Île-de-France . Đây là ba vùng có dịch bệnh nên có nhiều bệnh nhân hồi phục.

Theo các chuyên gia  Y Khoa thì liệu pháp trị bệnh bằng huyết tương được gọi miễn dịch thụ động, còn tiêm văcxin được gọi là miễn dịch chủ động.
